Xalerate Chat
A regulated, multi-modal ChatGPT alternative for enterprises. Every model call is routed through Brain Orchestra (BO) — Xalerate's AI-activity governance gateway. Conversations, attachments, and audit events are stored in Xalerate Chat's own EU-resident data plane; the residency of the model inference itself is governed per project by BO's residency tier (EU-strict, EU-cloud, or unrestricted).
Two compliance boundaries: BO governs the LLM call (providers, models, residency tier, PII gateway, rate and budget caps, per-call audit envelope); Xalerate Chat owns conversation history, media security, its own audit log, and access control, running in the EU (Railway eu-west-1; AWS S3 eu-central-1).
Capabilities: chat, vision, chat-with-PDF, voice (speech-to-text and text-to-speech), image generation, and agentic Deep Research — with a live mirror of the governing project's residency tier, PII gateway, eligible models, and spend/rate/retention caps.
